Thoughts for the day

Sometimes I wish people could come together
Put out their hands and help each other
Sometimes I wish life was simpler
Instead each day it gets creepier

Sometimes I know my choice is right
But most of the time it’s the other side
Sometimes I know I can’t survive
But God gave me the strength to stay alive

Sometimes I dream of fairy tales
Of happy endings and gold to share
Sometimes I dream of worst to come
But luck has come to spare me some

Sometimes we plan too many things
We end up one day having nothing
But don’t give up just ‘coz we fail
Try again until we excel

A Cry

A cry can mean so much
It can mean thanks a bunch
A cry can be a call
When one gets a scold
A cry will show some tears
Of happiness or of sadness
You can even cry for help
Cry for love or even forgiveness

A cry should be sincere
So people can actually hear
That your cry has a thousand meanings
With a cry that shows your feelings
So if you are a girl or just a boy
A tear of water is not a toy
So next time do not be shy
For it is brave for one to cry.

I AM STRONG

I am strong…
I know I am strong
Weak is never in me,
Pain is nothing to me
because I am strong.

Sorrow and sadness…
Confidence I hold
Shivering and scared
I can always face
because I am strong.

Tears…
No big deal at all
Water I can always control
All these are because,
I am strong.

Voices of anger
Lost in the world of love.
Strength, believe in myself.
Taking care of me, I can
because I am strong.

I have faith in me
I have courage
Being looked down,
being scolded,
still I am strong.

Never give up.
Losing is not my principle.
Try again to get on top.
Climb as high as I could
because I am strong.

Patience…
Give a smile.
Each obstacle is a test.
Put my face up to the world
because I am strong.

Respect…
No need to shout.
Discipline I keep within me.
God as my guidance
because I am strong.

Because I am strong,
I can do almost everything.
Stand up and walk straight.
I have me, myself and I,
and God to keep me strong.
